About the class
This evening class on Fridays can be practiced with LIVE at 6:00pm or On-Demand any time.
A 60 minute gentle quiet practice to help let the week go - mindful movement for the first 30 minutes then deep relaxation/Yoga Nidra for the remaining 30 minutes.
Get cosy & feel relaxed in body, mind & spirit.
Suitable for all Yogis & a great practice for your weekend ahead.
Please note we end this particular class in silence - especially soothing for anyone feeling like a little extra zzz's in their Savasana.
