Gentle Hatha Yoga. This is self-care in action. A mindful Yoga practice with a sweet slow & steady pace. Take time out for yourself. Let go of tension & worry. A lovely class to unwind, to connect to your breath & cultivate a sense of wellbeing. A good practice for those new to Yoga & also great for Yogis who want a varied & well-balanced Yoga practice. With plenty of props used, plenty of time given plenty of variations & adaptations, this is suitable for folks recovering from illness or injury. And always finishing with Savasana (relaxation time). Enjoy! Please note that you must bring your own Yoga mat & any other props/gear you wish to use to support your practice (like straps, blocks, blankets). You book into class in advance, using your current 6, 10, Regular or Unlimited Class Pass or via Drop-In. With either the 6 or 10 Class Pass, you can book two spots per class per Class Pass (i.e. booking yourself & a partner/friend into the same class together) - subject to availability. Please do not show up to class without advance booking. Please also cancel/reschedule well ahead of class start-time. If you do not cancel/reschedule on time (up to 1 hour before class start time), your missed class will be forfeit. Many thanks & look forward to seeing you on your mat soon 🙏🏽.
