Gentle Hatha Yoga. This is self-care in action. A mindful Yoga practice with a sweet slow & steady pace. Take time out for yourself. Let go of tension and worry. A lovely class to unwind, to connect to your breath and heart. A good practice for those new to Yoga and also great for Yogis who want a varied and well-balanced Yoga practice. With plenty of props used, plenty of time given plenty of variations & adaptations, this is suitable for folks recovering from illness or injury. And always finishing with Savasana (relaxation time). Enjoy! Please note that you must bring your own Yoga mat & any other props/gear you wish to use to support your practice (like straps, blocks, blankets). Please arrive & leave wearing your mask. Please send your Covid Vaccination Certificate by e-mail (or WhatsApp) PRIOR to attending your first class AND complete the Covid Health Declaration online each week just before class begins. Please note that the booking option you have selected is Course-enrolment. You sign up in advance, pay in advance & come to THIS class, on the same day, same time each week - no swapping classes.
