Into & Back To Yoga Class Pass Booking
A midweek mixed flow class. Hatha-based.

A mixed flow class - we'll focus on balance, strength, flexibility. Features Sun Salutations. Themes will shift from steadiness to strength to ease & lots more besides. Please note that is you must bring your own Yoga mat & any other props/gear you wish to use to support your practice (like straps, blocks, blankets). Please note that the option you have selected is Class Pass booking. You book into class in advance, using your current 6, 10, Regular or Unlimited Class Pass. With either the 6 or 10 Class Pass, you can book two spots per class per Class Pass (i.e. booking yourself & a partner/friend into the same class together) - subject to availability. Please do not show up to class without advance booking. Please also cancel/reschedule well ahead of class start-time; for now, Indoor Class numbers are limited. If you do not cancel/reschedule, your missed class will be forfeit. Repeated no-shows will mean future booking may be affected. Please arrive & leave wearing your mask. These classes start after the October Bank Holiday Weekend/Midterm break. Many thanks & look forward to seeing you on your mat soon 🙏🏽.
