Just a short 4-week Course Yogis - before EveryDay Yoga IE takes a late much-needed summer break! Please note that this class is on upstairs INSIDE the GAA Clubhouse. Bring your own Yoga mat & any other props/gear you wish to use to support your practice (like straps, blocks, blankets). This Class is available both via Course-enrolment & Class Pass. With Course enrolment, you sign up in advance, pay in advance & come to this class, on the same day, same time. No swapping classes. No refunds once Course begins.
