Fridays - each week a new practice available from 6pm. A 'half'n'half' class. Some mindful gentle movement to let go of tension & tightness. Sometimes some Pranayama (breath-work) & guided meditation. Sometimes a full Yoga Nidra practice. Always a long guided Savasana. A deeply relaxing class to unwind. Great for anyone interested in cultivating stillness, bringing in some inner peace & mental ease & especially helpful for anyone in need of some quiet restorative time-out. Lots of props used - lots of time given - lots of relaxation. A 45-minute practice. The class recording link will be e-mailed to you & it stays valid for one week from the date/time of recording.
