Hatha Yoga Flow
Hatha Yoga - or, just Yoga! Hatha is really ALL Yoga in a sense; as in the physical asanas part of Yoga. It is like the roots of the Tree from which grows all modern physical Yoga. On a class level, Hatha Yoga will typically mean a general and/or gentle class, most often without 'flow' aspect. Hatha Yoga classes are a great starting point for developing a Yoga practice. Hatha is more accessible & 'low-key' & yet still provides all those key flexibility, strengthening & de-stressing benefits.

It’s the perfect class for those new to Yoga, those getting back into their practice & those who desire a more reflective & mindful kind of Yoga.
