Final Friday Evening Weekend Wind-Down

A 'cosy-boots' more contemplative evening class. Restful & relaxing, sometimes with a focus on Pranayama (breathing techniques), sometimes meditation, gentle movement, Yoga Nidra & more. An opportunity to slow down, let go of tension, tightness, tiredness, to be rather than to 'do'. All from the comfort of your own home via Live Zoom. This is held monthly, on the 'Final Friday' of each month. You book into class in advance, either via Drop-In option OR using your current Class Pass. Please ensure Zoom is turned on, you're logged in & ready to go ahead of Class Start time. Many thanks & look forward to seeing you on your mat soon 🙏🏽. (Each class will be then be subsequently available on the EDYI TV Channel if you can't attend live).

Cancellation Policy

Class Plans & Drop-Ins: Please do cancel/reschedule well ahead of time Yogis, as much as possible. Class will be forfeit if not cancelled on time. You must cancel online yourself no later than 1 hour in advance of your scheduled class.
