Description
Gentle Hatha Yoga. This is self-care in action, a mindful Yoga practice with a sweet slow & steady pace. Take time out for yourself. Let go of tension & worry. A lovely class to unwind, to connect to your breath & to cultivate a sense of wellbeing & ideal pre-bedtime too. Also a suitable place to start for those new to Yoga as well as also for Yogis who want a varied & well-balanced Yoga practice. Plenty of time given, plenty of variations & adaptations, this is suitable for folx recovering from illness or injury. Please note that this is a 45-minute practice & is Live Online via Zoom. You book into class in advance, either via Drop-In option OR using your current monthly subscription. Please ensure Zoom is turned on, you're logged in & ready to go ahead of Class Start time.
