Wake up your body, mind & spirit with this one-hour morning class in the fresh air, surrounded by nature. Bring your Yoga mat & any other props you like to use, some water & hey, maybe we'll even need sunscreen! 🌳. Class Plans & Drop-Ins: Please do cancel/reschedule well ahead of time Yogis, as much as possible. Class will be forfeit if not cancelled on time. You must cancel online yourself no later than 1 hour in advance of your scheduled class. Weekend Retreat: Please refer to specific details per Retreat.
