Varied active & relaxing Yoga sessions, delicious vegetarian food (lunch & snacks), connection & a chance to enjoy both the stunning gardens, bracing sea air, gorgeous views & outdoor artwork. Time dedicated to our practice; to be in community together, to have fun, to take the opportunity after the Winter to get a 'spring' in our steps & spring back into our practice on our mats together. I look forward so much to spending this time with you. FULL DAY RETREAT SCHEDULE - SATURDAY MARCH 28th 9:30am: Arrive, settle in & welcome cuppa - time to fully 'arrive', meet your fellow Yogis & get ready for the day ahead. 10:00am - 11:30pm: A mixed slow VERY easeful morning practice, incorporating asana, pranayama & meditation. This section will focus on gently opening up the body, harnessing the power of our breath & fine-tuning our attention & awareness. This Spring, we'll pay a little more attention to Pranayama. 11:30am - 12:00pm: Cuppa & fresh air break 12:00 - 1:30pm: A second slightly more active asana practice with a longer Savasana; please note there will be no 'super' strong practices - it's been a long Winter, let's be kind to ourselves. 1:30pm - 3:00pm: Lunch 3:00pm - 4:00pm: A grounded, slow & restorative practice. 4:00pm - 4:30pm: Afternoon Tea Break 4:30pm - 5:30pm: Yoga Nidra 5:30pm - 6:00pm: Packing up & farewell LIMITED PLACES AVAILABLE. Your place is only secured once payment has been received. Please note that no refunds are possible for cancellations made after Friday 13th March (unless due to exceptional/emergency circumstances). PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS VERY LIMITED PARKING AVAILABLE SO CAR-POOLING WILL BE NECESSARY. Better for your wallet, better for the craic, better for the planet. Cancellation Policy

Please note that you can cancel your booking in writing at any time. However, in order to qualify for a full refund, please ensure you cancel in writing (email or text) before Friday September 19th. Any cancellation requests submitted after Friday September 19th but before Friday September 26th may still qualify for a partial or full refund, depending on that space being re-allocated. This refund, if applicable, will apply on a case by case basis. Any late cancellations, that is, submitted after Friday September 26th onwards, will forfeit the full fee. For any late bookings, that is, you wish to now attend but did not book & pay (or go on the Waitlist) before Friday September 26th, please get in contact via email or WA before Wednesday October 1st.
