Description

Varied active & relaxing Yoga sessions, delicious vegetarian food (lunch & snacks), connection & a chance to enjoy both the stunning gardens, revitalising sea air, gorgeous views & unique outdoor artwork. Time dedicated to our practice; to be in community together, to have fun, & to take the opportunity ahead of true summertime to put some pizazz back into our practice, all on our mats together. I look forward so much to spending this time with you. FULL DAY RETREAT SCHEDULE 9:30am: Arrive, settle in & welcome cuppa 10:00am - 11:30pm: A mixed morning practice, incorporating asana, pranayama & meditation. This section will focus on warming up, harnessing the power of our Ujjayi breath & honing our inner & outer Drishti (focus). Hopefully taking place outside. 11:30am - 12:00pm: Cuppa & fresh air break 12:00 - 1:30pm: A second active asana practice with a longer Savasana, again ideally outside. 1:30pm - 2:30pm: Lunch 2:30pm - 4:00pm: A slower more grounded & restorative practice inside, after lunch - a chance to literally 'rest & digest'. 4:00pm - 4:30pm: Afternoon Tea Break 4:30pm - 5:30pm: Yoga Nidra - hopefully outside! Resting on the earth, listening to the sound of the side, inviting a deep sense of 'coming home to yourself' & integrating the day's practices. 5:30pm - 6:00pm: Packing up & farewell LIMITED PLACES AVAILABLE. Your place is only secured once full payment has been received. Please ensure you pay in full online at time of booking. Please note that no full refunds are possible for cancellations made after Friday 12th June (unless due to exceptional/emergency circumstances). PLEASE NOTE THAT THERE IS VERY LIMITED PARKING AVAILABLE SO CAR-POOLING WILL BE NECESSARY. Better for your wallet, better for the craic, better for the planet. Cancellation Policy

Please note that you can cancel your booking in writing at any time. However, in order to qualify for a full refund, please ensure you cancel in writing (only via email or text) before Friday June 12th. Any cancellation requests submitted after Friday June 12th but before Friday June 19th may still qualify for a partial or full refund, depending on that space being re-allocated. This refund, if applicable, will apply on a case by case basis. Any late cancellations, that is, submitted after Friday June 19th onwards, will forfeit the full fee. For any last week bookings, that is, you wish to now attend but did not book & pay (or go on the Waitlist) before Friday June 19th, please get in contact via email or WA before Wednesday June 24th.
